Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs, which will be specified when the order is validated. Shipping costs

Ordering
Ordering process

Order Confirmation

Delivery zones

Delivery times

Receipt of products

Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal

Return policy
The customer must inform Coffee Prestige of its decision to withdraw by email or via the withdrawal form available on the site. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Refund
In case of retraction, Coffee Prestige will reimburse the customer for all sums paid, including initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
Warranties
Legal warranty

Claims
